A
note from the author
When I made the transition from employee to
manager and business leader I found that I needed a stronger grounding
in Business 101.
As my focus shifted from technical to business
aspects, I realized that I was surrounded by people who didn't
understand the business. Everyone seemed to feel that whatever
function they worked in was the main business. People in the factory
thought the business was turning raw materials into products and
selling them. People in customer service often mistook the end
user for the customer. R&D thought we were there to provide
new and innovative solutions to customer problems. Engineering
thought we provided system design, integration and commissioning
services. Accross the board, very few people thought about why
we were really there all that much.
This isn't good for companies.
This isn't good for individuals.
It's not good for you.
I want to change that...

"Boundless
Thinking has made some big impression on me and my work.
I work in a training institute where we have to combine
all the skills I have learnt from the sessions: finding
leads, conversion and actually delivering, then get the
feedback and try to develop the next proposal in line with
new information. My boss has verbally commended my ability
to market recently. This makes me very proud. I recommend
you to all."

The

shall we say, less refined ones.
I've
