As this is such a large and important topic I feel I have only been able to cover it superficially in this free video. Unfortunately we also cannot practically commit the required time and resources as a business to effectively expand on the topic for free.

Rather than leave you with a superficial response I would like to propose a potential solution. If there is enough interest we would be happy to set up a series of 3 or 4 paid training calls ($20), each covering a topic related to managing people. A live Q&A session would be included in each call to ensure you have a chance to get your specific questions answered..
